Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) are pleased to confirm five award sponsors at Thursday evening’s CACT Awards.
The annual CACT Awards recognises the achievements and contributions made by the organisation’s participants, staff and partners over the past year, with the 2024 ceremony taking place on Thursday within the magnificent surroundings of the House of Lords in Westminster.
This year’s Participant of the Year Award is sponsored by Adams & Bowles Wealth Management Ltd. This award recognises the exceptional contribution or achievement of a participant within any of our programmes who is aged 18 or over.
This year’s Young Participant of the Year Award is sponsored by the University of Greenwich. This award celebrates a participant within CACT programmes who is aged 18 or under and champions our values whilst being a role model to others.
This year’s Programme of the Year Award is sponsored by Bayliss Executive Travel Ltd. This award celebrates the CACT programme that has delivered the greatest impact on our community across the year.
This year’s Partner of the Year Award is sponsored by RSK Group. This award is for a partner, be it a business, local community organisation, or school that goes above & beyond to help CACT to deliver programmes that change the lives of our participants.
This year’s Outstanding Staff Contribution Award is sponsored by former Charlton Athletic Chairman Roger Alwen & his wife Heather! This award is open to any member of CACT’s staff that is nominated for the outstanding impact they have on our community & those they work with.
The 2024 CACT Awards will be hosted by Lord Michael Grade of Great Yarmouth, with accolades being presented for the five aforementioned categories, in addition to Sir Maurice Hatter Outstanding Contribution to the Community Award. Everyone from CACT looks forward to celebrating our participants, partners and staff during Thursday’s ceremony.
