Charlton Athletic Community Trust hosted the Down's Syndrome Football Festival at Ballerz on Sunday with teams from across the country competing to be crowned champions.
The Charlton Upbeats eventually lifted the trophy with a 4-2 final victory over Everton on what a memorable day for all participants.
