As part of Men's Health Day at The Valley on Saturday for the Addicks' clash with Portsmouth, Charlton Athletic Community Trust's Walking Football programme put on a half-time demonstration.
Aimed at men aged 50+, Walking Football is a non-contact version of the game which helps to maintain a healthy lifestyle while also creating a social atmosphere that men from all walks of life can enjoy.
Whether you've never played before, played when you were younger or had to stop due to an injury, Walking Football is a great way to get involved.
Sessions take place at Eltham Goals on Tuesday mornings (10.30-11.30am) and Footscray Rugby Club on Thursday evenings (6-7pm) priced £4 per session or £15 for the month.
Interested in taking part? You can show up and pay on the day or email matt.phillips@cact.org.uk for more details.
