Charlton's U21s secured their spot in the Premier League Cup quarter-finals with an emphatic 7-0 win against Blackburn Rovers at Princes Park on Tuesday night.
Jamaican international Kaheim Dixon bagged a hat-trick on the night, with Toby Bower, Ibrahim Fullah, Patrick Casey and Seydil Toure also on the scoresheet.
It took just 10 minutes for Dixon to open the scoring in Dartford, finding the back of the net with a well-taken strike.
Toby Bower soon doubled the young Addicks' advantage, sending a curling left-footed strike into the top corner.
Dixon added his second and Charlton's third just six minutes later with a neat finish.
Chris Lock’s side wasted no time in netting their fourth through Ibrahim Fullah, who scored within a minute of the restart.
Patrick Casey got in on the action ahead of the hour mark, adding the young Addicks' fifth from close range.
Dixon completed his hat-trick just moments later with a delightful, lobbed finish over Adam Khan.
Toure rounded off the scoring four minutes from time, heading home Charlton's seventh of the night to cap a clinical display from Lock's team.
The U21s return to action on Tuesday afternoon when they host AFC Bournemouth at The Valley (KO 1pm GMT).
