Valley Away
Valley Away is the only service to offer Charlton supporters coach travel to every away league match of the season.
Run by the club, Valley Away coaches rack up thousands of miles a season and transport thousands of hardy Addicks up and down the country.
Coaches run from a number of pick-up points across the south east and, depending on demand, special coaches with lifts can also be provided to cater for the club's disabled supporters where practical.
Valley Away coach seats can be booked in person at the Ticket Office, by calling 03330 14 44 44 or by visiting the club’s tickets website.

All Valley Away passengers are reminded it is now a legal requirement for everyone over the age of 14 to wear seat belts during coach journeys. The onus to ensure they do so is on passengers, not drivers or the football club as the hirer. Police have the power to levy spot fines against people who are found not to be wearing them.
The Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc), Act, 1985, specifically prohibits the carrying or consuming of alcohol on coaches travelling to or from designated sporting events, which includes all senior football matches. Not only would you be at risk of arrest, but police have the authority to turn the coaches around, causing all passengers to miss the game. We do not make the law but we have to enforce it, so please do not blame the steward or the club. If you are unhappy with this, please contact your MP.
We do have a mobility coach that can accommodate those that are wheelchair users. It is not used for every game but is when there is sufficient interest and has been agreed by the club. If you require either a fixed wheelchair place or are able to transfer from your wheelchair to a seat on the coach, please inform us as early as possible as this requires the coach to be reconfigured. The disabled coach may be booked via the Valley Ticket Office on 03330 14 44 44.
You can cancel your seat up to 48 hours before the game by calling the Ticket Office on 03330 14 44 44. After that, we will only give you a refund if we can sell it to someone else.
Our last posting days are Wednesday for a Saturday fixture and a Friday for a Tuesday evening fixture, so if you book your ticket before these we will send you a coach ticket. If you receive a ticket, please bring it with you on the day. The official steward will also have a list of names so, for those of you that book after the posting days specified, do not worry about not receiving a ticket as the steward will have you noted as a late booking.
If you do not have a ticket AND your name is not on the list you will be refused entry on to the coach.
Not if he or she is under 16. We are unable to take responsibility for U16s and therefore we will only allow them on board when accompanied by a responsible adult who is aged at least 21. Our stewards have the authority to turn away unaccompanied U16s who present themselves for boarding on the day of the match.
If you are between the ages of 16-18, you will need to obtain permission from your parent or guardian. You can do this by filling out our Valley Away permission form, which can be found here. If you have already booked your Valley Away space and are between the ages of 16 and 18, you will have been sent an email with the form located inside.
Yes and no. All bookings must be made through the Ticket Office prior to departure of the coach. If the Ticket Office is open up to 15 minutes before departure of the coach, you can call and book a seat, depending on availability. If it is not open on the day or at the time - for instance if the coach is leaving early in the morning - then the last time to book would be by 5pm the previous working day.
Pricing will be set on a game-by-game basis and will be released along with all the information once an away game goes on sale (approximately four weeks prior to the fixture).
