Charlton will play on The Valley's brand-new hybrid-stitched Desso pitch for the first time on Saturday, August 3rd (KO 3pm BST) in a pre-season friendly against Portsmouth.

Nathan Jones' squad will visit Slovenia for a week-long training camp this summer in preparation for the 2024/25 campaign.
The team will fly out to Slovenia, where Jones has been with Luton Town multiple times previously, following their pre-season opener against Dartford on Saturday, July 6th (KO 2pm BST).
The Addicks will conclude their training camp with a friendly against Göztepe, who earned promotion to the Turkish top-flight last term, on Saturday, July 13th (KO 12pm BST).
