The club’s annual memorial will take place on Saturday, January 4th ahead of Charlton's Sky Bet League One fixture against Reading at The Valley.
Ahead of kick-off in SE7, supporters, players and officials from both clubs will remember the Charlton and Reading fans that were lost in the year of 2024 with a period of applause.
You can submit the names of your loved ones, friends and colleagues for the memorial by emailing memorial@cafc.co.uk or calling 020 8333 4000 by 12pm on Wednesday, January 1st.
The full list of names can be found in Valley Review, the official matchday programme, and will also be shown on the big screen during the tribute.
All of the names which have appeared in the Obituaries section of the matchday programme's personals page since the last memorial in January 2024 will automatically be added to the list, as will the names of supporters whose ashes have been scattered in The Valley's Memorial Garden during 2024.
