The L&Q One Goal programme is back this autumn, with a week of sports and arts sessions running throughout the upcoming half-term, from 23-27 October.
Sessions in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Bexley include multi-sports, street dance, Zumba and laser tag.
Parts of the week will have a focus on Halloween, with themed facepainting and a Halloween party, in Welling on 27 October, forming part of the programme.
Participants will also attend the Rainbow Laces launch on 26 October to support LGBTQI+ involvement in football.
Bradley Marshall, CACT’s L&Q Officer, said:
“It’s always brilliant for us to be involved in the One Goal programme, working with eight football clubs across London to provide a wide range of free activities.
“It’s really enjoyable to see the amount of positive outcomes we get out of the scheme for the young people involved”, he added.
October sessions in Royal Greenwich and Bexley can be booked online.
Run across 22 London Boroughs, One Goal aims to help 5 to 21-year-olds access services they and their families might not be able to otherwise afford. It is the largest free to use holiday programme in the UK.
CACT run sessions across Royal Greenwich and Bexley, while other football community trusts lead programmes in other parts of the capital.
