Ashley Maynard-Brewer has joined League Two side Gillingham on a season-long loan.
The Addicks have the option to recall the 23-year-old goalkeeper during the loan.
Maynard-Brewer is in the last year of his contract with the club, who have the option to extend the deal for an additional year. The Charlton hierarchy are looking to utilise the loan to give the Australian U23 international the opportunity to play regular first-team football to aid his development.
The Charlton academy graduate played 17 games in the Scottish Premiership last season while on loan with Ross County and has made five appearances for the Addicks' first-team since making his debut in 2018.
