- Charlton have received an initial allocation of 1,281 tickets for the game.

- Tickets can be purchased from The Valley until 3pm on Friday, April 14th.
- Please be aware that no tickets will be sold from Portman Road on matchday.

- There are several disabled toilets across Portman Road.
- Disabled fans can access the Cobbold Stand.
- The wheelchair bays are suitable for both large and small wheelchairs.

Train
From The Valley, the best route to Portman Road is:
- To walk to the Charlton bus stop by the train station and board the 161 bus to North Greenwich.
- Once boarded get off at North Greenwich Station (Stop E).
- Then go to the North Greenwich underground service and take the Jubilee line to Stratford.
- After that, board the Greater Anglia train towards Norwich and get off at Ipswich (IPS).
- The ground is around a 10-minute walk from Ipswich train station.
- This journey will take around two hours.
- There is no official stadium car park, but there is parking all around the ground.
- The closest is a large car park on Portman Road (right by the away end, postcode: IP1 2DZ), though this is often full by 1.45pm at the latest.
- There are also large car parks on West End Road (five-minute walk away from the stadium, postcode: IP1 2DZ) and at the railway station (10-minute walk away, postcode: IP2 8AL)
- The town centre is around a 10-minute walk away and has numerous car parks.
- The official away pub is called ‘The Station Hotel’ which is opposite Ipswich train station. The club also has facilities which cater for drinks.
- There is a KFC, McDonald’s and a Nando’s close to the stadium which are all roughly a 10-minute walk from Portman Road. The club also has facilities which cater for food.
- Away fans are situated in the Cobbold Stand.
- The Ipswich Town official matchday programme is available from the ground, priced at £3.50.
