Charlton Athletic are delighted to confirm that former players Shaun Bartlett and Mark Fish will return to The Valley next month to watch the Addicks take on Birmingham City.
The South African duo will be presented to the crowd at half-time in recognition of their combined 11 years of service to the club.
Bartlett made 139 appearances for the Addicks across all competitions and scored 26 goals - including the Premier League's 2000/01 Goal of the Season award and a memorable header against Liverpool that secured a first win at Anfield in more than 50 years.
Fish, whose iconic chant is still heard around The Valley on a matchday, was another key figure during the club's Premier League years, featuring 111 times after joining from Bolton Wanderers in November 2000.
Bartlett and Fish have both joined the club's new-look Ex-Players' Association, chaired by Steve Brown and Kevin Lisbie, and will be attending the launch event, for former players only, at The Valley on Sunday, October 6th. Former players can register for the new Association using this form.
Everyone at Charlton looks forward to welcoming both players back to SE7.
