Charlton will host Birmingham City at The Valley on Tuesday, August 13th (KO 7.45pm BST) in the first round of the Carabao Cup.
The fixture will be the first time the club's brand-new hybrid-stitched Desso pitch is played on in a competitive fixture.
For the first time ever, all Carabao Cup matches this season will be available for fans in the UK to watch on Sky Sports, with the Addicks clash to be shown live on Sky Sports+.
