For the second year running, Charlton Athletic Supporters' Trust (CAST) will be celebrating Seb Lewis’ great love of travelling to support the club by subsidising coach fares to an away game.
March 25th marks the third anniversary of the sad passing of Charlton superfan Seb Lewis at the age of just 38.
Seb attended every competitive home and away game from February 1998 through until his passing in 2020 – 1,076 consecutive fixtures.
CAST will be supporting the club by subsidising the first two coaches for the trip to Cambridge United on Saturday, March 18th. Spaces on these two coaches are available to book for just £5 each on a first come, first served basis. Click here to purchase yours.
Once all subsidised spaces have been sold, additional seats on the Valley Away service will be available for £19 each.
Richard Wiseman, CAST Secretary, said: "We are delighted to be able to offer this subsidy and we hope it will enable some fans to travel who otherwise might not have been able to.
"Although Seb preferred to travel by train we have no doubt that he would approve of us subsidising coach travel on this occasion, particularly in light of the fact that there is a train strike currently planned for March 18th."
