The Addicks will return to Park View Road for the club’s first pre-season game of the summer against Welling United on Saturday, July 1st (3pm KO BST).
For the first time since the pandemic, the game will be the club’s curtain-raiser for the summer, a tradition which began in 2002.
Manager Dean Holden said he was pleased to see the tradition return: “We're working on building a competitive set of fixtures that best prepare us for the 2023/24 season. I know the pre-season friendly at Welling is very popular amongst our supporters, so I'm pleased we'll be returning to Park View Road to begin our preparations for the season."
Tickets for the match will go on sale in due course and full ticket information will be announced once confirmed.
