The club will celebrate home kits from the past when announcing player signings this summer ahead of the launch of a new retro range in the club shop later this year.
Charlton Athletic will take over the running of the club shop in early July and, as part of that, will be introducing the new range, which will include some favourite kits from past seasons.
To help create merchandise that is interesting and relevant to supporters and to influence the retro range, the club are setting up a working group. More than 50 supporters have registered an interest in joining the working group and they will be contacted later this month with an update on how the group will proceed.
The signing of Luke Berry was announced this morning, with the former Premier League midfielder photographed in a Charlton home kit worn between 1996 and 1998.
The club would like to thank Charlton Athletic Museum for their support in providing old shirts for photoshoots. You can see the shirts in their home every Friday when the Museum, located at The Valley, is open between 11am and 3pm. Click here to find out more about the Museum.
