The panel for Charlton’s upcoming Different Pathways event has been confirmed.
The event, put on in collaboration with The Building Bloc and Black In Sport, is a free panel discussion highlighting the traditional and unconventional routes into the world of sports.

With his extensive business and marketing knowledge, Subomi founded Divrse Media - a sports marketing agency that specialises in marketing to a diverse Gen Z audience. Their consultancy team has experience from the likes of Brentford FC, Southampton FC, Adidas and Converse.
Tosin Gbaja - Founder @ Sport Shifts
Tosin is an award-winning sports consultant, writer and founder of Sport Shifts - a network events organisation fostering conversations around sports, by bringing black voices and topics to the table. She has worked closely with Mastercard, Spotify and Chelsea FC.
Chaj Arunasalam - Founder @ GGM8
Growing up with a love for football led Chaj into strategic roles at Brentford and Southampton FC. He went on to found GGM8 - a strategic and creative agency built to help brands and athletes authentically engage modern day sports fans and the sub-cultures within it.
Maya Bruney - Founder @ Track + Fits, Account Exec @ Octagon
Merging her athletics background with her creative experience, Maya founded Track + Fits - a platform changing the narrative of track and fashion. She has since been featured in the New York Times and worked with Red Bull, World Athletics and Puma.
