Close to 2,000 people attended Wednesday's free Family Fun Day at The Valley.
Activities included face painting, mini-football games, fun fair attractions (including a climbing wall, inflatable assault course, bungee trampolines and teacups) and the opportunity to meet men's and women's first-team players.
Fan Engagement Manager Lisa Squires said: "We were delighted to welcome so many families to The Valley on Wednesday. As a club we are focused on being community-driven and the Family Fun Day was a great example of that. It was lovely to so many smiles on people’s faces and to see a mix of Charlton families and families that live locally that may not have a Charlton affiliation.
“Credit must go to club staff, community trust staff, men’s and women’s first team players, volunteers and external staff who worked as a team to put on a fantastic event. The Family Fun Day was received with so much positivity and we’re looking forward to hosting our next one.”
