The Royal Borough of Greenwich is asking local residents to contribute to a consultation to help shape its future health services. The deadline for the survey is less than a month from now.
Royal Greenwich is planning to offer services in a new way, establishing eight Live Well Greenwich hubs across the Royal Borough. It is hoped that these hubs, which will operate as separate clinics open to all regardless of who their GP is, will provide speedier access to health services for more people.
Royal Greenwich residents have until Tuesday 6 March to take part in the survey.
Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) runs a number of services on behalf of the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, including stop smoking support, blood pressure checks, and a range of mental health initiatives.
CACT is encouraging as many local residents as possible to give their feedback and participate in the survey, which takes approximately five to 10 minutes to complete. Click here to take part.
