Nathan Jones was full of praise for Karoy Anderson following his side's 0-0 draw with table toppers Portsmouth at The Valley.
Anderson, 19, who signed a new contract with Charlton in the summer, has started the Addicks' last three league games - draws with Lincoln City, Bolton Wanderers and Portsmouth.
Speaking to CharltonTV after Saturday's game, Jones said: "I thought Karoy Anderson was outstanding again. The kid, if he trusts what we do and buys in to everything, he’s going to have some career.
"I love working with him every day. I don’t like singling poeople out but I thought he was immense today and epitomised everything. I love working with the kid."
