Fans collecting tickets for Charlton's Emirates FA Cup tie at Gillingham can do so from 1.30pm on Saturday afternoon from the away turnstiles at the end of Priestfield Road.
Supporters doing so must have photo ID and their fan ID number to hand.
Addicks collecting tickets are encouraged to arrive at the stadium in plenty of time to help minimise queues.
