Supporters can join an online fan meeting live on CharltonTV on Wednesday, January 10th from 7pm GMT.
At the meeting, which will also be live on the club’s YouTube channel, board members James Rodwell, Paul Elliott CBE MBE and Gavin Carter will explain the plans for the club moving forward and supporters will then have the opportunity to ask questions via Zoom and WhatsApp.
Managing Director Rodwell said: “Following the takeover of the club in late July, we have had five months getting a look under the bonnet and forming a clear understanding of the changes that need to be made to turn this club around, both on and off the pitch.
“The current league position, and level of performance - which is largely consistent with recent years - is not good enough for our supporters, our staff or our ownership. To rectify that, we have spent the last few months putting in place the people, structure and processes that we believe will deliver continual progress both on and off the pitch in months and years to come.
“Hopefully, supporters will shortly be able to see our intent in concrete form in what we expect to be a busy January transfer window for us. The club’s fanbase will play a vital role in our journey and next week’s meeting will allow us to lay out the vision we have for the club to help give supporters an understanding of what lies ahead, and of course to challenge us across any relevant topic.”
