Nathan Jones and Alfie May have been nominated for the respective Sky Bet League One Manager and Player of the Month awards for March.
Jones led the Addicks away from the relegation zone during an unbeaten month that included wins over Cheltenham Town and Carlisle United as his side secured nine points from five games.
John Mousinho (Portsmouth), Michael Skubala (Lincoln City) and Paul Warne (Derby County) are also in contention for the accolade.
May has now been shortlisted for the March award in each of the past three seasons. The Addicks' number nine notched four goals and an assist during the month as he broke through the 20-league goal barrier.
The forward faces competition from Ebou Adams (Derby County), Sam Smith (Reading) and Joe Taylor (Lincoln City) have also been nominated for this month's accolade.
The nominations follow the new that May has been nominated for March's PFA League One Fans' Player of the Month.
