Lloyd Jones has been nominated for January’s Sky Bet League One's Player of the Month award.
The defender, who was also shortlisted for the accolade back in August, helped Nathan Jones’ side earn three wins and three clean sheets across the month and scored during the Addicks’ 2-1 triumph at Bolton Wanderers.
Ahead of Charlton’s 2-0 victory against Bristol Rovers at The Valley, Jones signed a new contract with the club that runs until the summer of 2027.
The 29-year-old is up against Blackpool’s Tom Bloxham, Burton Albion’s Rumarn Burrell and Leyton Orient’s Jamie Donley for the award, with the winner announced on Friday, February 7th.
The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman, EFL Chief Executive Trevor Birch and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
