Nathan Jones wants his side to focus on themselves ahead of Saturday's clash against Wigan Athletic at The Valley.
The Latics appointed Ryan Lowe as their new Head Coach on Wednesday evening, but given the short turnaround before Saturday's match, Glenn Whelan, Graham Barrow and Frankie Bunn will oversee the team.
"It's all about us," Jones explained. "We prepare how we prepare and we've just got to be the best versions of ourselves. That's all you can concentrate on, regardless of who's in charge or who takes the game, what system, what uplift they get. It doesn't matter; it's all about us and that's what we believe."
In-form defender Josh Edwards was forced off after 55 minutes during Tuesday's 1-0 triumph at Crawley Town.
"We'll be monitoring that," said the gaffer. "It's just stiffness really, it's a fatigue one. It wasn't a mechanism so it's not a real bad pull or anything.
"It was just a fatigue one really because he covers massive distances and he plays on the edge all of the time in terms of his athleticism and his desire to get forward and recover," he added. "Physically he's a real specimen. We'll assess that over the next day or two and see the best way of moving forward."
