Nathan Jones wants to see his side continue the positive momentum at Northampton Town.
The Addicks, who came from behind to earn a brilliant 2-1 win at high-flying Derby County in midweek, will be backed by 1,473 fans in a sold-out away end on Saturday.
“You won’t build anything on your own and you can’t build anything with two, three, four, five people; it has to be the whole football club," Jones said. "Everyone comes together.
"That win at Derby was a culmination of a lot of hard work by a lot of people, not just the 11 who started, the manager or the coaches - it was everyone. We win together, we celebrate together and we move forward together because it does take everyone.
“Every little bit that the fans can give us helps and hopefully we can give them a performance to send them home very, very happy," he added. "You're starting to expect that from the fans now in terms of the following and it's brilliant to see. We want to generate a real togetherness and a real atmosphere where we all want to achieve the goal and they can help with that."
The gaffer provided an update on the fitness of Tennai Watson, who was forced off after 74 minutes in midweek.
“It's just stiffness and tightness because of the games and because something has happened, so that’ll ease up," explained Jones. It’s just how quickly and how much he's able to then manage it.
"We have to manage the hectic fixture schedule, build on that momentum and pick up the points that we need. These are big games coming up."
