Charlton Athletic are delighted to confirm the signing of midfielder Katie Bradley from Blackburn Rovers.
The 22-year-old has committed to a two-year deal, becoming the Addicks' first new signing of the transfer window.
Bradley joined Blackburn in January, following a three-year stint in the United States where she played for the UCF Knights while completing her studies. Her time in America saw her develop significantly as a player.
The Midfielder expressed some of her reasons for joining Hill's team: "I think the personal development and being able to work with Karen was important for me as I think we will be a really good match together. The style of football is attacking and that is something I want to be playing in. In my position as well I want to be keeping the ball and retaining possession."
Bradley's football journey began in the Manchester United academy, where she spent five years from ages 10 to 15. She then moved to the Manchester City academy for the next three years, further honing her skills and laying a strong foundation for her professional career.
Welcome to Charlton, Katie!
