Eddie Youds, Kevin Lisbie and Steve Jones are the latest players to be announced by the 25th Anniversary Committee to play at the Legends United game.
The charity game on Sunday 17th September kicks off at 1pm and all the funds raised through the event go straight to Charlton Athletic Community Trust’s (CACT) work at the heart of the community.
The 25th Anniversary Committee is organising a series of events, including this one, that celebrate both the Club’s return to The Valley and the start of the community scheme that grew into CACT.
Youds, Lisbie and Jones all played in the squad together in the late 1990s.
Youds was a centre back at the Club, who also played for Everton, Bradford, Ipswich and Huddersfield during his career.
Lisbie came through the youth team and is particularly remembered for his amazing hat trick against Liverpool in 2003.
Steve Jones made 61 league starts for Charlton, his most memorable moment coming in the 1998 play-off final, where he partnered Clive Mendonca up front.
Eddie Youds also played in 1998 play-off final, alongside captain Mark Kinsella, who was announced earlier today.
