Dylan Gavin made his full debut for Welling United on Saturday.
The 19-year-old, who bagged three goals in his last two U21 games before completing his loan switch, played the full 90 minutes as the Wings fell to a 4-2 loss at home to Dulwich Hamlet.
Elsewhere, fellow U21 Charlie Barker also played the entirety Wealdstone’s 3-1 triumph against Eastleigh at Grosvenor Vale. That result takes the Stones’ unbeaten league run to four games and moves them up to ninth in the Vanarama National League table, just a point adrift of the play-off places.
Meanwhile, Alex Gilbey missed high-flying Stevenage’s 1-1 draw at Harrogate Town with a minor groin injury.
