Nathan Jones confirmed in his pre-match press conference that goalkeeper Ashley Maynard-Brewer (groin) will miss out this weekend, though the boss has an otherwise fully fit squad to choose from.

THE OPPOSITION

The Grecians sit 17th in the Sky Bet League One table ahead of Saturday’s meeting, six points above the drop zone.

Gary Caldwell’s side returned to winning ways in their last outing, picking up their first victory in nine with a 1-0 win against Cambridge United. That was preceded by a penalty shootout defeat against Premier League high-flyers Nottingham Forest in the Emirates FA Cup fourth round.

HEAD-TO-HEAD

Charlton and Exeter have clashed on 37 previous occasions, with the Addicks winning 18, the Grecians 12 and the remaining seven meetings resulting in draws.

Exeter ran out 1-0 victors in the reverse fixture at St James Park in November 2024.
