The Addicks’ fifth-round fixture went into extra time. Ashley Hodson’s solo effort sent her side into the quarter-finals of the competition.
The Addicks’ last Championship match ended in another narrow 1-0 defeat after a first-half strike from Sheffield United’s Georgia Walters’ sealed all three points for the home side.
Karen Hills’ side currently sits 5th in the Barclays Women’s Championship standings with two games in hand due to postponements due to weather. They are currently four points afar from Southampton who sit 3rd in the table.
