On the road last weekend, the Addicks beat Sheffield United 1-0, courtesy of new signing Ellie Brazil. The weekend prior saw a 3-0 win against Portsmouth. Charlton now look ahead to Durham at The Valley, in what will be a top of the table clash.

The Opposition

Last Sunday, Durham went top of the table over us on goal difference, both teams are level on six points. The Wildcats 3-0 win over Portsmouth at the weekend represented the first time since 2019 that the side have won their first two games of the season.

Durham’s summer signing Hannah Blake netted her first goal for the side against Portsmouth. The New Zealand international shared she was hopeful for more throughout the season.

Head-to-head

The last time the sides met, Charlton were victorious 1-0 away. The most recent home game was a 1-1 draw.
