Nathan Jones reported no fresh injury concerns in his pre-Northampton press conference, though Lloyd Jones (suspended), Kayne Ramsay (hamstring) and Miles Leaburn (hamstring) are unavailable for the Addicks.

Lee Burge, Tyler Magloire, Akin Odimayo, Aaron McGowan and Ali Koiki are all sidelined for the hosts.

Northampton currently sit 11th in the Sky Bet League One table having taken 48 points from their 34 fixtures to date.

Jon Brady's side come into Saturday's clash on the back of a 2-0 win at Burton Albion last weekend courtesy of first-half goals from Marc Leonard and Mitch Pinnock.

Charlton and Northampton have gone toe-to-toe on 36 previous occasions with the Addicks winning 13, the Cobblers 10 and the remaining 13 meetings resulting in draws.

Louis Appéré bagged a stoppage-time winner to earn Northampton a 3-2 victory in the reverse fixture in January.

Martin Woods will oversee proceedings this weekend. The referee has overseen 24 fixtures so far this season, showing 95 yellow cards and three red cards. 

Woods will be assisted by Christopher Husband and Kenwyn Hughes, while Ryan Head has been appointed as the Fourth Official.

The Addicks will be wearing their white third kit in Northamptonshire.
