U21 duo Harris O'Connor and Charlie Barker have joined National League South side Hemel Hemsptead Town on loan until January 1st.
The defenders both featured for the Addicks in Wednesday night's Papa John's Trophy win against Gillingham at The Valley in what was O'Connor's full first-team debut.
Barker, meanwhile, has featured 11 times for the club's first-team since making his bow in September 2020.
The move presents the duo with the opportunity to gain more senior experience and they join fellow youngsters Dylan Gavin, Jeremy Santos and Ryan Viggars out on loan.
