Remembrance activity set for Bromley tie

Charlton Athletic’s annual remembrance ceremony will take place ahead of tonight's Bristol Street Motors Trophy tie with Bromley at The Valley.

As the closest home fixture to Remembrance Day, the activities had initially been scheduled in for Saturday’s Sky Bet League One match against Peterborough United. Following the postponement of this weekend's game, tonight’s ficture has now been selected.

Ahead of tonight’s game, both captains will lay wreaths, before the Last Post is played. There will then be a period of silence to honour all those who gave their lives in service to their country since 1914.
