Charlton Athletic are pleased to announce that full-back Sophie O'Rourke has signed a new two-year deal with the club.
The 24-year-old joined Karen Hills' side in the summer of 2023 after spending three seasons with fellow Barclays Women's Championship outfit Lewes.
O'Rourke progressed through the ranks of Reading's Academy before enjoying a brief spell in Iceland.
The pacey full-back played an important role in Hills' sides' fourth-placed finish last season and the Addick has expressed her excitement of heading into her second season with the club:
"I think we have got a really good group of not only good players but good people! I’m looking forward to building on last season and seeing how far this Charlton side can go."
