Charlton fans can help support those in need in our local community this Christmas by donating non-perishable foods to the Greenwich Foodbank this Saturday.
Charlton Athletic Supporters' Trust (CAST) will be hosting the collection from 2pm until 2.45pm in the West Stand car park ahead of the Addicks' clash against Bristol Rovers.
The following items have been identified as the most-needed items by the Greenwich Foodbank:
- Tinned meat
- Tinned vegetables
- Sugar (one kg)
- Instant potato
- Fruit juice (one litre carton - long life)
All non-perishable foods will be gratefully received (e.g. cereal, pasta, tinned fruit), plus toiletries such as soap, toothpaste, shampoo and nappies (size five and six).
