For more than a decade, the Charlton Athletic Supporters' Trust (CAST) have contacted fans to survey their season ticket intentions and general attitudes about the club and it's now that time of year again.
Over the years, the survey has provided vital information about the position of the club and what issues are most important to supporters when they are deciding whether to buy a season ticket.
The survey is open to CAST members and non-members, and should take about five minutes to complete.
