For the past decade, the Charlton Athletic Supporters' Trust (CAST) has contacted fans during the summer to survey their season ticket intentions and general attitudes about the club and it's now that time of year again.
Over the years, the survey has provided vital information about the position of the club and what issues are most important to supporters when they are deciding whether to buy a season ticket.
With the new Sky TV deal and possible change to some kick-off times, CAST want to get an idea of what supporters are feeling going into the new season.
The survey is open to CAST members and non-members, and should take about five minutes to complete.
