Charlton Athletic Community Trust's (CACT) Health Improvement team has unveiled the latest batch of virtual fitness and wellbeing sessions.
Sessions are put on with a pilot organisation called FitSwarm, which has created a platform to interact with your classmates, colleagues and instructor through a two-way online session.
The pilot, which is aimed at improving health and wellbeing, will involve streaming live, virtual fitness and wellbeing sessions directly to you in your home, place of work, or any other location of choice that has a reasonable internet connection.
Sessions are delivered by Pat Kingsmill and Dan Ottley, both highly qualified and experienced physical activity specialists. They will be highly interactive - the instructor can see and hear you and you can see and hear the instructor, creating an engaging experience for both parties.
The type of sessions offered will be anything from yoga to circuits to meditation or pilates. During the trial phase you will help us to shape the timetable, providing regular feedback to help CACT develop a service that directly addresses your needs and preferences. The trial is an opportunity to create a bespoke fitness service, in line with what YOU want and need.
