Josh Edwards, Greg Docherty, Luke Berry and Miles Leaburn will start this afternoon’s game at Northampton Town as Nathan Jones makes four changes from the side that took on Mansfield Town last weekend.
The Addicks have had an illness bug which has affected the availability of a few of the players. The players coming in replace Karoy Anderson and Matty Godden who move to the bench, with Terry Taylor and Daniel Kanu not in the matchday squad.

If the Addicks line-up in a 3-5-2 formation then Alex Mitchell, Lloyd Jones and Macaulay Gillesphey will make up the back three in front of Ashley Maynard-Brewer.
Edwards and Thierry Small are expected to operate as wing-backs with Berry, Conor Coventry and Docherty, wearing the captain’s armband, playing in a midfield three behind Leaburn and Tyreece Campbell.
If the Addicks operate in a 4-3-3 then Small and Tyreece Campbell would likely flank Leaburn up front.
Anderson and Godden are joined on the bench by Will Mannion, Rarmani Edmonds-Green, Allan Campbell, Gassan Ahadme and Danny Hylton.
