Henry Rylah will make his full Charlton debut in tonight’s Bristol Street Motors Trophy tie at Reading.
The winger, who made his debut last season, has already recorded 16 assists for the club’s academy sides this season.
Michael Appleton has made four changes from the team that played Gillingham on Saturday with Michael Hector, Tennai Watson and Scott Fraser joining Rylah in the starting line-up.

Corey Blackett-Taylor and Lucas Ness miss out with groin and knee injuries, while Nathan Asiimwe moves to the bench.

Fraser is joined by skipper George Dobson and Louie Watson in midfield, with Rylah and Tyreece Campbell operating either side of Alfie May.
Asiimwe and Casey are joined on the bench by Sam Walker, Terell Thomas, Karoy Anderson, Daniel Kanu and Micah Mbick.
