Charlton’s U18s claimed a 2-1 win over league leaders Bristol City at Sparrows Lane on Saturday.
Mikey Berry gave Jason Pearce’s side the lead moments before half-time, racing onto goalkeeper Jude Sadler’s long ball and lobbing the advancing Joe Duncan.
Henry Rylah doubled the young Addicks’ advantage on 61 minutes, running onto Kai Enslin’s through ball, cutting inside and firing a left-footed effort beyond Duncan.
The Robins halved the deficit 18 minutes from time through Ephraim Yeboah, who controlled Charlie Filer’s cross with his first touch before smashing into the roof of the net with his second.
Jason Pearce's side then saw the game out professionally to earn a third win on the spin in all competitions.
