Charlton's U21s begin their 2022/23 Premier League Cup campaign on Tuesday afternoon (2pm KO BST) when they take on Nottingham Forest at Princes Park.
The young Addicks will be seeking an instant return to winning ways having suffered a first reverse of 2022/23 at Barnsley on Friday.
Prior to that, Hamza Serrar's side had claimed victory in each of their opening four Professional Development League 2 matches, scoring 15 goals in the process.
Forest are yet to taste victory Premier League 2 victory this term. Dave Rogers' side have fallen to successive defeats against Leeds United, Middlesbrough and Southampton respectively.
Charlton and Forest are joined in Group A by Fulham and Hull City.

Supporters can attend Tuesday's fixture at Princes Park with tickets available on the gate, priced £3 adults and £1 concessions. Men's first-team season-ticket holders, meanwhile, can gain free admission by showing their season ticket on the gate.
