U21 REPORT | Charlton 1 Bristol City 1

Charlton's U21s shared a 1-1 draw with Bristol City at Princes Park on Tuesday afternoon.

Patrick Casey netted for the young Addicks before Jack Griffin levelled the scoring after the hour mark in DA1.

Casey was able to provide Chris Lock’s side with the advantage just minnutes after the half-time break, turning off his defender and finding the bottom corner with a well-placed strike.

Griffin levelled the scoring with 22 minutes left on the clock after the ball bundled around the box, falling straight into the forward’s path, allowing for a toe-poke finish from close range.

Up next for the U21s is a clash against Watford at Sparrows Lane on Friday afternoon (KO 1pm GMT).
