Normal matchday hours are 10am-3pm. The Valley Superstore will then re-open after the final whistle for around 30 minutes.

Mail-order opening times are 9.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS

Please see below for postal details on domestic and international orders:

UK orders must be placed by midday on Tuesday, December 20th in order for them to arrive in time for Christmas.

Orders to the following countries - Austria, Denmark, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg – need to be placed by midday on Thursday, December 15th.
 
Orders to Canada, Finland, Sweden or the USA need to be placed by midday on Wednesday, December 14th

Orders to Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and Poland need to be placed by midday on Tuesday, December 13th

Unfortunately, the Christmas deadline for orders to Greece, Australia, New Zealand, Caribbean, Central & South America Cyprus, Asia, Far East (including Japan) and Eastern Europe (except Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia) has now passed.
