Karl Robinson has made six changes to his side for this afternoon’s League One encounter against Peterborough United at The Valley.
The boss handed starting berths to a number of the cub’s younger players for our FA Cup replay at Milton Keynes Dons on Tuesday night and some of them keep their places today, while some more experienced members of the squad also return.
Dillon Phillips keeps his place in goal. The back four consists of Ezri Konsa, Patrick Bauer, Jorge Teixeira and Morgan Fox, with a midfield quartet of today’s captain Andrew Crofts, Fredrik Ulvestad, Jordan Botaka and Ademola Lookman operating in front of them.
Josh Magennis and Nicky Ajose begin up front.
In terms of injuries, Declan Rudd misses out after suffering a set-back in training yesterday. Ricky Holmes, Chris Solly, Jason Pearce, Lee Novak and Ahmed Kashi are also sidelined.
