George Jones reports
Jordan Botaka has flown out to meet up with his DR Congo teammates ahead of their Africa Cup of Nations campaign this month.
Kicking-off their tournament with a match against Morocco, the Leopards have also been drawn against the Ivory Coast and Togo in the Gabon-hosted competition.
Their second group match, against the current holders Ivory Coast, will be contested on Friday, January 20th and they conclude their group-stage campaign four days later against Togo.
Should they be eliminated, the Leeds United loanee could be back for the League One fixture against Bolton Wanderers at the Macron Stadium on Saturday, January 28th.
However, should they progress all the way to the final then Botaka could be absent until we travel to AFC Wimbledon on Saturday, February 11th.
