Mikhail Kennedy has joined League of Ireland Premier Division side Derry City on loan until June.
The 20-year-old striker has impressed for Jason Euell's U23 side this season and joins the Candystripes for some vital senior experience.
Derry-born Kennedy made his Addicks first-team debut in August 2015, scoring the opener in the 4-1 League Cup victory over Peterborough United.
He went on to make a further four appearances in 2015/16, but has not featured in Charlton's senior ranks this term.
Kennedy could make his Derry debut on February 24th when his new side take on Bohemians in their season opener.
