George Jones reports from The Valley
Karl Robinson has made three changes to his starting XI for tonight’s match against Bradford City at The Valley.
Declan Rudd retains his place in goal. Adam Chicksen switches to right-back – filling in for Nathan Byrne, who failed a late fitness test – with the rest of the back four being made up by Lewis Page, Jorge Teixeira and the returning Patrick Bauer.
Captain Johnnie Jackson comes in to anchor a midfield diamond, which also includes Andrew Crofts, Fredrik Ulvestad and Ricky Holmes.
Up front, Lee Novak partners in-form Tony Watt, who has found the net in his last two matches.
Jake Forster-Caskey, Jordan Botaka and Ezri Konsa are fit enough to take their places on the substitute’s bench, while Brandon Hanlan, Karlan Ahearne-Grant, Jay Dasilva and Dillon Phillips are also available in reserve to Robinson.
