George Jones reports
Academy goalkeeper Jordan Beeney has joined East Grinstead Town on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 18-year-old stopper, who is the son of former Leeds United and Brighton & Hove Albion goalkeeper Mark Beeney, has featured regularly for our U23s side this campaign.
He has also been named on the bench for the first-team twice and last season he was the penalty shootout hero for our U18s as they retained their Professional Development League 2 national title in the end-of-season play-offs.
Beeney spent time on loan at Greenwich Borough earlier this season, playing four times. East Grinstead are next in action on Saturday afternoon when they host Chatham Town in the Isthmian League Division One South.
